1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ReplyFlow (replyflow.procsctools.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. ReplyFlow is a free, static multi-channel business message template library designed to help small and medium businesses find, customize, and copy communication templates.
2. No User Account / Registration Required
ReplyFlow is provided as an open, static reference tool. You do not need to register, log in, or create a user account to access any feature of the platform.
3. Usage License & Permitted Uses
You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Copy, adapt, edit, and send any template from ReplyFlow for your commercial or personal business communications.
- Use templates across WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Instagram DMs, Google Review requests, and customer support channels.
You may NOT re-sell or re-distribute our template database en masse as a competing template library website without express written consent.
4. User Responsibility & Regulatory Compliance
You are solely responsible for all messages you transmit to your customers. When sending messages, you agree to comply with all applicable messaging laws, local anti-spam regulations (such as TRAI guidelines in India, DND registries, and WhatsApp Business Policies). ReplyFlow does not transmit messages directly on your behalf.
5. Limitation of Liability
ReplyFlow is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall ReplyFlow or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our message templates.
